Chapel-en-le-Frith well dressing week promises to be a dramatic event this year, with the theme "All the World's a Stage".
The five dressings will depict "performance" in its many and varied forms, from circus through West End musicals and pantomime to Shakespeare's plays. The aim is to convey the pleasure that performance brings to audiences and players.

The dressings will be on display from July 5 to July 13 and the blessing ceremony takes place at noon on Sunday July 6 on the forecourt of the Town Hall.
