POLICE have arrested four people and recovered both Class A and Class B drugs after raids in Glossop, Chapel and New Mills.
The men have been released on police bail while the drugs, believed to be cocaine and cannabis, are sent for forensic examination. All four men, one aged in his mid 40s and the other three in their early 30s, are local to the area.
Sergeant Phil Bateman, who made the arrests in Friday night, said: "These warrants were aimed at disrupting the supply which gets through to pubs and clubs and is essentially designed to be sold to weekend revellers."
There have been a number of strike days across the area as part of Operation Relentless.
Officers will carry out high visibility patrols in Buxton on Friday to target nuisance, anti-social and violent behaviour before the operation ends on July 27.
