WORLD famous lifestyle club brand Gatecrasher is planning to expand into Manchester.
As part of planned expansion in 2008 and 2009, the late night venue operator is conducting a nationwide search for architecturally significant buildings to convert into nightclubs across the UK.

Cities including Manchester, Glasgow, Brighton, Liverpool and Dublin have all been earmarked.

The news comes as Gatecrasher announced the acquisition of Birmingham's 2,400-capacity nightclub The Works, and its intention to invest over £5 million pounds to transform it into the UK's premier super-club.

The venue will be stripped back to its foundation walls and completely redesigned and rebuilt into a designer led, state of the art, unique multi-level club.

This is the third club to be branded with the Gatecrasher name alongside Gatecrasher Seven in Leeds and GatecrasherLovesNottingham.
