THE Furness Vale Gala Day organising committee would like to thank everyone who braved the bad weather and supported the event on the field. Our thanks go to the five bands and artists who entertained us throughout the event and to all the people who loaned equipment and helped on the day. Thanks to all those who attended the comedy evening making it a sell-out and especially to all the local businesses and individuals whose generous sponsorship & donations made the whole day possible.
