Published Date: 24 July 2008
NOT too long ago, a bomb was detonated on a London bus.
Regardless of their age, gender or beliefs, passengers were killed or badly injured.

I wonder if the short-memoried correspondents to the Advertiser on June 26 would still have objections to holding suspected terrorists for 42 days if a family member or friend had been on that bus.

Recalling CCTV pictures of failed bombers running from the London Underground or of youths who had kicked a house owner to death, perhaps the Lib Dem prospective parliamentary candidate could further enlighten the law abiding High Peak voters on his anti-camera views, i.e cameras watching your every move, etc.
